1. IDENTITY AND DOMICILE OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY

2. PERSONAL DATA TO BE PROCESSED

To fulfill the purposes described in this notice, we will collect the following categories of data:

  • Identification Data: Full name, handwritten signature, valid official identification, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), and Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).
  • Contact Data: Fiscal domicile, delivery address, email, and cellular phone number (+52 442 247 0473).
  • Asset and Financial Data: Bank account information and billing data for payment management via electronic transfers.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Primary Purposes (Necessary for the legal relationship):

  1. Verify and confirm your identity as a client or legal representative.
  2. Manage the sale and supply of mechanical connectors and couplers for corrugated rebar.
  3. Process payments, validate bank transfers, and issue fiscal receipts (CFDI).
  4. Coordinate the delivery logistics of industrial materials through courier or freight services.
  5. Provide technical support and specialized post-sales service.

Secondary Purposes (Not necessary for the main service):

  • Send updated catalogs, technical advertising, and promotions for new industrial products.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and market studies.

Note: You have a period of 5 business days to express your refusal for processing for secondary purposes by sending an email to arco@molber.mx.

4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

MOLBER Solutions may transfer your data without requiring your consent in the cases set forth in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, as well as to:

  • Logistics and Transport Companies: For the physical delivery of products to locations designated by the client.
  • Banking Institutions: For the reconciliation of payments via transfer.

5. ARCO RIGHTS AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose (ARCO) the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, you must send a request to the email arco@molber.mx, which includes:

  1. Full name and means to communicate the response.
  2. Documentation proving your identity (INE or Passport).
  3. Clear description of the data regarding which you seek to exercise the right.

6. SECURITY AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We inform you that on our website we use cookies and other technologies like Google Analytics through which it is possible to monitor your behavior as an internet user to provide you with a better service. The data we obtain is statistical and anonymous.
